Hello everyone, new member here from Houston. I've been grilling and smoking for years with a smoker grill combo but my wife just bought me a Smoke Vault 24 for my bday. It will be my 1st dedicated smoker ever, and 1st time ever cooking with propane.
I assembled it last night and can't wait to get smokin'! I'll try some chicken and pork this weekend and figure out what brand of thermometer to buy soon, I never trust the ones that come with the unit.
I'm looking forward to learning and sharing any info I come up with.
