I found myself on this website weekly, looking for off the cuff smoking recipe and new ideas. Some great, timeless stuff on here. I got a new smoker that is way easier to use that my Brinkmann vertical stack, so I'm always firing it up. Pork Shoulder butt just went on sale for .88 cents a pound so will be looking for some new flavor profiles so my go to rub doesn't get over used for my guests!!
