Well, after getting back from my wife and I 20th Anniversary from the Oregon coast and waiting for a week or so I thought I better start up the old smoker, I know she was feeling missed.

Wife and I at Coos Bay Or.

Well tried to upload this from my phone and what a PITA stay with me I will edit as I go

We also did pork butts this last weekend. Butt one had reg mustard on it with a Huckleberry Rub

below pick is the mustard with the Jap Mustard on the butt with the A1 Rub

Now onto the Stuffed Pork Chops

Mix the bacon and Gouda together

In the smoker

Sorry no pics of the pulled pork but it was good, we packaged this batch up and it went into the freezer for later use

A full smoker is a happy smoker
