Hello Everyone,

 

My name is Adam and I am from Macomb, MI (45 Minutes North West of Detroit); I am 35 years old. I have a Brinkmann Electric Smoker that I got on the cheap around 4 years ago. It does the job it was meant for but obviously I want to upgrade at some point to something that can control the temp on.

 

So far I have smoked a Turkey, Ribs, Chicken. I want to make my own bacon at some point as well as a Brisket.
