Hi... I recently picked up a 30' Masterbuilt LP 2 door vertical smoker. I've used it 3 times now - I wish I had discovered this forum earlier, as I've already done battle with some of the temp control and chip pan issues that are well documented here. Despite bumbling through the 1st few, everything has turned out pretty decent (Tri-tip, Pork loin & Salmon, and baby backs). I appreciate being able to find what others have experienced and discovered. This is a great resource! After reading through some of the threads, I think a needle valve mod is in my near future!
