Hey guys. I'm from Green Bay, WI and rather new to smoking meats. I've had several successful runs with various types of meat. I love the flavor the smoke inparts and love havng a new way of cooking some of my favorite foods. I have an Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker and use several types of wood chips depending on what foods I am smoking. Since day one, I was hooked. It's so much fun to try new recipes and tweak existing ones. Any and all help with moving forward is much appreciated. Thanks.
