Sirloin tip roast, trying to get it as close to prime rib as possible. Put it in at 1:00 at 230. Using bears New York strip roast as a guide. Will post later how it turns out.

135. Hopefully while resting a bit it'll reach about 141 or so

Update: it's stalled at 124 for 2 hours....waiting patiently... :dunno

Finally got to 135,opened the smoker door to let the heat out till it was 140, then closed it back up, turned temp down to 140. Let it sit there for 30 minutes until the IT was 142. Here's the result:
