Hello my name is Chris I'm 32yo from the Detroit Mi area new to the whole smoking meats thing minus the messing around on a couple home built smokers now I have stepped up to a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite "fathers day" present from my 7mnth old baby girl today is my 4th cook on it with my first recipe from this site posts on that to come. Look forward to learning from you folks
