Morning yall!

Im having 25 or so of my closest friends over Sunday to watch the Seattle 2015 Seafair airshow, including the US Navy Blue Angels!! I couldnt decide how much to cook per person, so I stayed conservative with almost 1 pound each :-)

1.5 hours in.

I am cooking a little hotter this time, floating between 250-280 to start.

Applewood chips and hickory chunks

2.5 Hours looking good, little bit of bark developing.

I am going to rotate positions at the 4.5 hour mark, and put the therm in at that point.

Cruisin right around 255.
