Surf & Turf & Yard Breakfast

I felt like having something different than just my daily “Two Egg” Breakfast, so below is what came to be.

Once I got my usual two Yardbird Eggs going in the butter, I added some Shrimp I saved from Last Night’s Supper, and then I threw in a couple slices of Bear Smoked Canadian Bacon too.
The Shrimp only needed warming because they were broiled Last Night, and the CB only needed warming because I took it to 145° when I previously smoked them.

This was a Great Breakfast, & I’m sure I’ll be doing it again.

BTW: I didn't know where to put this, because it's Bacon, it's Poultry, and it's Seafood. I chose Bacon, because it's the only thing on this plate that I smoked.

Bear nothing wrong with that,I worked midnights for a lot of years. Also CB cooked in Butter with Shrimp. OMG

Looks tasty, not sure what you put on the shrimp but Cajun seasoning would go great with eggs and homemade CB!

On these I just put on some Black Pepper, Garlic Powder & Onion Powder.

I often go a little more spicy, but not this time.
