I felt like having something different than just my daily “Two Egg” Breakfast, so below is what came to be.
Once I got my usual two Yardbird Eggs going in the butter, I added some Shrimp I saved from Last Night’s Supper, and then I threw in a couple slices of Bear Smoked Canadian Bacon too.
The Shrimp only needed warming because they were broiled Last Night, and the CB only needed warming because I took it to 145° when I previously smoked them.
This was a Great Breakfast, & I’m sure I’ll be doing it again.
