The wife and I went to a Japanese steakhouse/hibachi grill last night and the Hispanic Chef (yeah, at a Japanese place:-) mixed up Teriyaki sauce with a bit of Sriracha and it was killer good on everything from seafood to steak!. he blended it directly on the grill and let it simmer for a minute or so. I think adding a few drops of Lemon juice would have knocked it out of the park!
