Texas Native in the PNW

Neighbors think I am nuts because I smoke and grill year around! I think there is something in the Constitution against cooking Beef or Pork on a stove (except Bacon and chops). My Chargriller Pro has Harbour Freight pneumatic tires on all 4 corners, stack extension, new porcelain coal grid, smoke distributor made from an old stove broiler pan insert and perf aluminum trays from Dollar Tree. If you do the tires put a piece of PVC pipe between the legs to reinforce against a leg folding in. Grill is a big Kirkland all SS Model 720-0011. Now if I only had a Big Green Egg knock off (why do I need it? Because it exists and I don't have one I guess).

Born in Galveston so I guess BBQ is in my blood. I even have Goode Company sauce shipped up from Houston! Go Aggies '81.

Welcome to SMF AggiNativeTexan!  Glad you are here!  Sounds like you've creatively modified your Chargriller.  Folks who don't understand our obsession with putting smoked and grilled meat on the table year-round never will.  Keep up the example!
