Congrats.

Can you fit a whole rack of ribs in that little smoker?

Oh, and no pics of the smoker in action?

2 full racks of baby backs! I was more into drinking beer than caring about the looks I only opened smoker to baste opens 3 times in 2.5 hours foiled for 1 hour and sauces for 20 min. Just short on time to make the ribs perfect!

Finally got around to painting it still want to build another this summer. I competed in Wisconsin this past weekend in a kcbs style rib competition finished 15 out of 23 considering 8 teams from the jack Daniels invitational were there and the team that won the world food show rib catagory with a perfect score was also I'll take 15th all day. But to say it works is a understatement it holds 250 for 6 hours on charcoal I added a basket to it and it runs flawlessly with it. I just burn wood chunks with the charcoal adding 1-2 chunks every hour.

Awesome, this is why I joined this forum, I'm looking to build a small reverse flow smoker, its just me and wife, and I would like to be able to load it myself when I go camping and stuff. I may borrow your ideas.

Little heavy to load yourself but my wife helps me all the time move mine up and down deck. I need to modify the base and put wheels on it
