How far down from the top of the pot does everyone place their first grate? I have seen a range of numbers, I'd just like to see what peoples personal experiences are. Right now I am thinking 4" down from the lip for the first grate. My second grate rests on the steamer ridge and my diffuser sits at the bottom of the pot on another grate. Thanks!
