Father in law was baching it this weekend so we decided to take dinner over to him. Man was it hot! 103 on the back deck. Didn't want to mess with charcoal so fired up the gasser. Chicken had been marinating in the Roadside marinade all day. Decided to grill up corn and do some crash taters. Unfortunately the taters turned into a complete crash and burn. I didn't let them boil long enough so they ended up not holding together after I smashed them. So they became more of a mash hash mess! Still tasted good.

For taters:
Boil potatoes in seasoned (salt, pepper, garlic) water until fork tender (unlike what I did). Using a heavy pan, plate, potato masher, etc, smash the potato. Lightly oil both sides of the smashed tater and season (salt, pepper, chipotle, garlic, Parmesan). Place on grill, flip when bottom is golden brown. Remove when both sides are brown.
