I'm a born and raised Texan currently living in Indonesia. I'm new to smoking, but eager to learn the craft and looking forward to some interesting interactions with you all.

Hey Jim,

Welcome aboard.  You've found a great place for smoking inspiration.

I figured that everyone from Texas was born knowing how to BBQ and smoke.
