Was at my Sister-in-law's for the weekend so I decided to smoke some chicken.  Marinated overnight with Dr. Dread's rub and World Harbors sauce.  About four hours in 200-375 degrees - very hard to get this thing steady.  Corn on the cob and potato salad on the side.  (no plated picture :( )

Cooked 'em on this:

Those Split chickens look great Lucky!!!  I tried World Harbors Jerk sauce.  I tasted the sauce out of the jar and you could taste some heat.  However after the chicken was cooked [and basted] the heat went away.  How did you like the sauce?  It tasted good but I would have liked more heat.  Reinhard

Thanks, Reinhard and I totally agree.  Definitely needed some more heat.  I bought some Scotch Bonnets to toss in with the marinade but I was advised against it. (meaning my wife caught me and said no!)  Next time!
