Hello everyone,

I was gonna try to do the meatloaf I have been asking about but stumbled across a "London broil" at walmart. So I picked it up as well as some chicken legs and pork t-loin.

Here it is pre rub.

Rubbed it down with Worcestershire sauce then some BPS double steak rub then into the fridge for 3 hrs

I smoked it at 225 with cherry wood. I brought the temp to 125 and then reverse seared it on the grill until it hit 135 and let it rest for 25 min.

Loin and chicken fresh off the smoker.

There she is all sliced up and pretty.

Picture of a pretty tasty plate if I may say so myself. Everything turned out great. Will for sure do the beef again very soon. Thanks for lookin!

Thanks CM!  It was a meat, potatoes and bread meal.  It wasn't until we sat down to eat that we realized no one made anything green...I'm ok with that hah.
