Made this tonight. Thought I'd give Injected with Creole Butter a try...damn was it good.
Cooked on my Lang 36 stretch with Oak at b/t 325° and 350°
I made the butter from scratch, but cannot take credit.
Got it here: http://www.grouprecipes.com/26022/scotties-creole-butter.html . I didn't have white pepper, so I left it out. For the Chicken I cut recipe in half.
It was Mac n Cheese in my dutch oven. Simple velveeta recipe.
