Hi everyone!

My smoker is full today - 2 racks of pork ribs, a pork loin I 'butterflied', and chicken breast.  I plan to make pulled pork and pulled chicken with the two latter...woke up craving some ribs today so I said okay to the craving.

One time I had been smoking ribs all day and around 5 pm, the doorbell rang.  Thinking it was my guests, I opened the door and found several firemen standing on my front lawn with a fire truck.  Someone thought there was a fire in the back yard!  I said no, I was smoking ribs, and they all wanted to know my technique, what kind of wood, could they have some...
