Just picked up a MED 40" Bluetooth and have smoked ribs, pork loin and a small brisket...all turned out great!
Looking forward to picking everyone's brain and appreciate any guidance on smoking!

I like how nobody on this board hassles anyone for where they live. On some of the BBQ boards in the 1990s, some of the Texans had some serious hate against Ohio. I'm sure a lot of it was just teasing but as I told the admins, dang if only 10% of that is real, it's reason to leave the board.
