I'm new here and pretty much new to smoking on my own. I've smoked with family and friends before but will be going solo since I just bought a 3YO Lang from a friend who upgraded to a 60" model. I'm looking forward to using the Lang, I've heard lots of good things about them. I live deep in the heart of BBQ country near Houston TX so I'm surrounded by millions of educated critics I'm sure. I'm about to smoke my first solo brisket this weekend so I'll post next week with how it goes.
