Tinned Corn Beef..??

   You know the stuff..!! In Canada it's usually Hereford brand.One step up from spam but tasty when fried.

Anyone used this in a smoking recipe before?

God knows I've eaten enough of it, (yeah, Hereford brand) but I've never found a use for it when it comes to smoking.  I'll be watching this one.
