Turkey Breast over Apple

Rocked out the Turkey this morning for a work event.

Smoked over Apple Wood soaked in summer ale.  Turkey bathed in a nice brine for 8 hours.

4.5 hours at 225

Yes, turkey/apple is a good combination.

 

Looks good, did you smoke it in that pan? I've done it on a sheet of foil, and I roll up another piece of foil to make a ring that supports the breast right-side-up.
