1 hour simple bite through juicy chicken

This was a simple way to fast cook a juicy chicken with bite through skin.

1)  First I dried the skin with a paper towel and placed in the refrigerator to further dry.

2) Coated with olive oil and rub

3) Fired up my cooker which is small about the size of a 18.5 WSM to 400*

(this could have been much hotter but i wanted the other foods to finish at the same time)

4)  This could have been grate cooked but I just hung rebar and hooked the chicken to hang.

One hour later in the same cooker I had corn, baked potatoes, green beans and a halved chicken.

Everything came out cooked very even

That's a nice presentation. I've had good luck smoking chicken but I'm not fussy about the skin.

There's corn in Indiana?

Dang it then I guess i added those oak chunks for nothing.....dagnabbit !    ;)        Them there beans sure were smokey!

LOL, yea this is more designed for charcoal cooks.      No reason you can't add another cooker.T
