Im an auto tech from KY who loves to smoke everything. I have been using a chargriller with a side smoker box. im tired of the attention and expense it requires to smoke my butts, ribs, and briskets; well everything actually lol. Ive been reading reviews all over as well as here about the masterbuilt and amazen pellets. thats the route i wanna take. i just need to decide which smoker. I would love the mes sportaman elite 40 2.5 gen. part number 20070315 for $429.00. However i have to get it shipped from basspro which will probaly cost a ton. I have also been looking at the mes 20070311 on amazon for $319.00 with free amazon prime 2 day shipping. Two less racks but seems to be all SS and its a gen 1. oh what to do what to do.
