Josepe here from Western Md. Been smoking now and then for a few years. Glad I found this site.  Seems like a Wealth of good info here,which I'll be glad to Sponge Up.

My best smoker was a Char Broil Pro,but sold it a couple years ago because of some health problems. I have a MES 30 now which I've only used once so far while smoking salmon fillets, which turned out good Looking forward to communicating with other smokers and gaining more knowledge.

Thanks.I've already been searching and copying some recipes.Great site for sure.Only site I've found that covers it All.
