My first attempt at a Fattie.  I decided to go for a breakfast style.  Jimmy Dean sausage, fried potatoes, colby jack, and of course bacon.  I didn't get any before pics, I'm sure you all know how that goes.

Cooked about 2 hours at 225, then about another hour at 425.  Could have gone a little longer for the bacon, but the internal temp was good.  And it was very tasty anyway.

Thanks.

The leftovers were chopped, reheated in a skillet, and then mixed with some scrambled eggs.

And no, the wife said this is on the permanent menu.
