I just finished these amazing tasting ribs, I know they were because the wife who does not like smoked food put down the rack done in the oven to gnaw on my bones!

It is a common occurrence iin my home to see 2 different ribs cooking.  Mine take about 5hrs longer than hers do :D and are just plain good eating.  I swapped things up a little today with the sassafras pellets and rootbeer in the foil and wow I have to say I am VERY glad I tried this recipe today.  I've wowed friends with a super turn out on a pork butt, and made a few out of this world briskets but I think this recipe is going onto the top 3.  I totally could not believe when the wife stopped eating her oven cooked ones and started grabbing from my plate.  Thats when I knew I had to keep this one close and not forget it!

If anyone tries this out let me know how it turned out, I am a big fan of these new ribs.

sorry I didn't take any pics, it was a spur of the moment idea.
