I love being a spoiled brat...

 

I started smoking a year ago when my wife bought me a MES and I had great luck with it until it shorted out after a year, so my wife decided to get me an early birthday present with a masterbuilt gas smokehouse - I wanted to stay away from electric after the last one pooped out on me... my sister in law also got me a maverick 732 that everyone recommends on here and it is awesome to say the least. 

 

I was finally able to achieve the ever elusive "smoke ring" that is hard to achieve with an MES without spraying meat like crazy...

 

I broke in the smoker this morning with 9 chicken leg quarters, 6 beef sausage links, and 2 racks of pork spare ribs with MoGridders dry rub.

 

I was very pleased with the results, just had to share...
