I have a masterbuilt PRO smoker. I can't keep the temp any lower then 300. How do I get it down and keep it down. I use a cast iron pan now.... And I got a low flow regulater but still not working.... What can I do?
I had the same problem,Jeep. What I came up with is leaving the top door open a little bit. Sounds inefficient but works. With mine about 1\2inch keeps 240 degrees. I wondered why the latch was adjustable!
