On a chicken roll this week, everybody wanted chicken again tonight. Got some Chicken legs and wings,
Grandson likes wings but wanted me to make them hotter than last time. Wife likes the Sticky chicken
Grandson's girlfriend doesn't like spicy, so 3 kinds of chicken.
I brined the wings and legs for about 6 hours. Rinsed and coated legs with EVOO and a little of my rub.
Got the legs going and started the side burner to fry the wings
The sauces I made are:
I mixed one bottle of Sweet Baby Rays and one bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce and a squirt of Honey Mixed well
For the Hot - Wings I took part of the mixture and added a teaspoon of Cayenne Mixing well
Fried the wings and a couple of legs and tossed in the wing sauce.
Sticky Chicken, cooked legs till almost done then dunked and rolled around in the sauce, back on the grill,
then dunked again, on the grill, than dunked one last time and back on the grill for a few more min.
I fried and grilled a few plain pieces for Grandson's girlfriend
