Hello All -
So far loving this site . I am a 30 YR old from the great state of New Mexico . New to the smoking gig and to date i've thoroughly bashed two briskets with more to come before i perfect it. I had good success with simple stuff like whole chicken ribs turkey legs and the such but i'm gunning full speed for a perfect brisket . When the wallet can afford it.
I got a smoker for my 30 by my lovely finance and since then ive truly enjoyed it i have a masterbuilt pro dual fuel smoker with a pretty big food box i think im finally tot he point i have the temp controls down .
MY intrest outside of smoking meats is beer drinking, fishing , and chasing the Magical ELK with my BOW .
