Just wanted to share what I used for my plunger in my four inch PVC pipe. I bought two rubber plumbers bungs took the small band of of one and replaced the large one on the other with it. Has two rubber rings, just tighten the bung till snug and worked like a champ comes apart for cleaning no special o rings ect

Is pvc pipe round enough with out boring it out not to leak water with the plug u used or do I need to bore it out just enough to make sure it is not egged on the ID. And did u use food grade pvc and where did u get it.

Got it at a plumbing wholesale might be cheaper to find a chunk from a plumber as they only sell 12 foot length and is quite expensive. The bung has three "o" rings and did just fine without any mods for roundness. I just had to change the one ring to a smaller on to fit
