Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a hot & partly cloudy day in East Texas and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome from SC. I hope you will enjoy this site and all the great folks who are eager to share their ideas, tips, recipes and anything else you need. All you have to do is ask. BTW, are my grandchildren going to switch from cheerios to beerios?
Good luck and good smoking, Joe

Welcome to the board! I started smoking with a Weber. They are very versatile and you can do a lot of experimenting with methods, fuels, timing, etc.
