Hello everybody!!!!! I am from the Chicago Suburbs. I currently use a Brinkman Trailmaster Limited Edition and I also have one of the vertical steel tube smokers as well. I got into smoking meats last summer and did some chicken as well as a 10lb brisket on my vertical tube smoker. This summer I upgraded to a Brinkman Trailmaster limited edition with the offset firebox. I have heard random reviews, but it works for me, so I like it. So far I have done 3 cooks in it, and they have each come out progressively better, so I guess I'm getting the hang of it.
