New Member from Tucson

Good morning and thanks for welcoming me to the forum. I purchased. An MES 30" about a week ago. So far I have smoked turkey sausage, salmon, cod, pork butt, corn on the cob (highly recommended) and there is a 4 lb chicken in there now. All results thus far have been outstanding.

I am retired Air Force and a retired respiratory therapist and just recently moved from the Reading, PA area to Tucson.
