I've been lurking this forum for months and months, collating information before jumping into the smoking world. I'm nearly there so I thought it was about time to sign up.
In the past I've used a modified Webber "Go anywhere" to smoke the basics like ribs and small cuts of meat. This was all just practice for the full scale smoking I plan on doing.
I'm about to construct a UDS, having pulled ideas from everywhere on this forum. Hopefully it won't take me too long. After that, I plan on going all out. Ribs, briskets, shoulders, fish and even cheeses.
