Hello all! My husband & I are kind of new to smoking. By this I mean we have smoked meats & fish about 6 times a year & are not very up-to-date on the latest information, recipes & techniques. My dad always had a 55 gallon drum homemade smoker and what great weekends we had with family & friends! We just bought a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Bluetooth Smoker on the recommendation of a friend. We have been using the charcoal/wood black barrel smoker for the last 15 years & loved it. Wanted to "upgrade" and be able to prepare more food for larger gatherings with more control & less babysitting. Looking forward to learning from all the seasoned pros and those learning like us!
