Hi everyone, I just bought my generation 2.5 MES 2 weeks ago and I have only used it once to do some Baby Back Ribs and they turned out nicely except not very flavorful. I am a trained Chef, but even with all my cooking experience I feel way over my head. My training never prepared me for Smoking. I am looking for any help I can get to build up on the flavor of my smoked meats. I used the rub recipe that came in the Owners Manual and I was not impressed. Is there anyone out there that can help me with a decent rub that will WOW me???
