Hi everyone

My name is Dave. I Live in Detroit Michigan and I'm finally starting out with smokin. Been something I've been wanting to get in to for a while and have finally taken the plunge. I love Budweiser and golfing too.
I just got a char broil 800 vertical propane smoker.

Is it cool to do ribs and a pork tenderloin at the same time? I've been trolling this site for a few days now and have to say....IMPRESSIVE!

Thanks for any help and/or advice. Happy 4th!

Happy 4th Dave!

Let's go Red Wings!

Yes ribs and tenderloin can go in together, watch that tenderloin so you do not want to dry it out which is pretty easy to do.
Here is a link to Jeff's braided pork tenderloin.

Yeah buddy!! Go Wings, Lions, Pistons, Tigers and Wolverines!

Thanks for the reply and link, that looked great.

So, to do the tenderloin, as I only have 1, should I put in a pan, on the rack, wrap it?

Thanks again
