Mini Dakotah Stuffer

Thread Starter

I talked to Eldon and Karen Cutlip (owners) and asked if they could cut my 5lb stuffer into a RV friendly stuffer. They did and i'm happy. Now holds approx 2.5 lbs of meat which is perfect for me now on small batches, If i need larger i still have my LEM and another full sz Dakotah.

When i get back from NC next week it's 'Nduja time

Spreadable salami.

Like the link Dave posted. As like many salami's it can be made many ways, hot sweet, mild

That's the size I need. I only do 2 to 3 lbs at a time. Like to keep mine as fresh as I can

The store moved to Spokane Valley, WA. Eldon sold it due to health reasons.

Ya, I know, just Kooskia was alot closer to me. I liked going to that store, haven't been to the new one yet. Will try to get there next time up that way.
