I wasn't a member of this group, but it was 2 hours without a reply, so I joined so I could reply---I hope nobody from Indiana minds.
Anyway "3-2-1" is the starter time for Pork Spares.
For Baby Backs it would be closer to "2-2-1".
Didn't want to see you overcook those little guys.
