Went by the store last night and saw some big briskets, made me wonder how yours finished up?

I was real happy how mine turned out applying what I learned on this website.  Curious how this one went being bigger.  After trimming and how much they cook down my 14 pounder wasn't as much as I thought.

Chris

Several weeks back I cooked a 10 pounder, I split it in half and it took 7 hours cooking.  A week later I cooked one a couple pounds heavier, I split it in half and was expecting it to take an hour longer but it took me 12 hours cooking to get it up to the temperature I wanted.  Pretty much a hour a pound, but I cook on the hot side.  I can't imagine how long a 19 pounder would take me to cook.
