Well I've been cook more outside this week and tonight's delight is apple wood smoke pork loin. I'm using the rebuilt Brinkmann and this POS is a real pain to keep a temp.
I really just use it as a oven cause lowest I can get it is 350ish. I can wait till next year Webers are on my list. Here some pics.
