Just a quick Question from a newby....  When Jeff says to add  X amount of my "Rub Recipe" in one of his newsletter recipes, Can anyone tell me WHICH rub recipe he is referring too?

He's referring to the rub recipe that he sells on his website.  http://order.smoking-meat.com/recipes/

Yes but there is are 2 rub recipes...

If it's pork or chicken, he's probably using his "rib rub". If it's beef, it's probably his "texas rub". That's just my guess.
