Amateur cook, enjoy experimenting with most styles of cooking in and outdoors. Favorite accomplishment to date was to spitroast a whole hog. Buying my first smoker next week and have enjoyed the 1000's of threads and excellent tips/advice.

Thanks Gary, it's been fun these last few days since I found SMF. Lots to think about before I get back east. The big decision(which smoker to buy) is difficult to make based on so much information. But will narrow down this weekend.
