Turkey breast for slicing into lunch meat? Anyone do this?

I buy sliced turkey from Sam’s Club and bring a turkey sandwich to work for lunch every day.  I think it’s about time that I try making my own deli sliced turkey by smoking turkey breasts from the grocery store.  Does anyone else do this?  If so, do you brine the breast and inject it?  Any helpful tips would be great.

i've never done it it but i think i would would brine and inject it,so it doesn't dry out.good luck
