You are right, it did
About 5:30 am on the pit
Pulled it to rest about 5 pm
Which is about right for a 10.5 pound packer

I just thought it was gunna get there early since it started rising after stalling at 165 for a while, but i guess the meat knew what it was doing and i didnt
