G'day All,

Thought I would post this one up. Custom made smoker that was at a recent event here in Hobart called Dark Mofo. They built a custom smoker to smoke some serious amounts of salmon etc.  Pretty neat setup and the trailable part is not bad either.  The other pics are just of the grill areas as lets face it, what is not to like about large charcoal BBQ's laden with beautiful grilling meat! Enjoy

That looks cool, and a fun place to be I bet. Was this event free as in free food?? or sample plates or what 

Bet there were a few cold ones going down also. LOL

Definitely fun - Not a free event food wise but you got to choose the size of your meal at some pleaces so you could tour the other food outlets and enjoy many different and tasty options.

There was a very good selection of local craft beers, local wines and of course Tassie Whiskeys on offer.
